    Riders,

    Looking at shipping your bike back? TMO might have you show proof that your ride is compliant to US standards, or previously registered in the USA. You must obtain one of the following as proof
    1. LOC, Letter of Compliance,
    2. State Registration
    3. Certificate of Origin (Title)

    For majority of Japanese Bikes (SUZUKI, KAWASAKI, YAMAHA, HONDA), see bellow for contact information. Let them know you need a “Letter of Compliance”. Not all bikes will be compliant, as emissions standards differ between countries. Provide VIN, Yr, Make, Model of bike.

    Anyone have any info on the process for shipping a bike from the U.S.? I am trying to find out how hard the process is for brake testing, emissions, etc.

    Trying to get info on shipping a motorcycle to Japan from the U.S. Anyone have info on the procedures for brake testing, emissions, etc.? Trying to determine if I should store or ship.
